JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of MES projects from end to end.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Allocate resources and manage project budgets effectively.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Computer Science).
Required Skills:
Domain Knowledge: MES (Specially in Medical Devices Manufacturing)
Project Management: - Proven experience as a Project Manager in Development and MES implementation ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
Techno functional background with expertise in MES software and manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in managing MES Software Upgrade or Implementation
Familiar with all aspects of the SLDC model in a validated environment
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in manufacturing (e.g., GMP, FDA) is advantageous.
Good to have: Rockwell FTPC/FTPS experience or familiarity with MES Domain & software(s).
Preferred location:
Onsite (Chicago, IL) with minimal Travel to client locations as needed.
