Responsibilities
• Establish sales targets for District Sales Managers• Maintain regular communication with retail partners• Lead, coach, and develop a capable team• Ensure consistent implementation of processes and routines• Train District Sales Managers on selling skills• Implement huddle process and coordinate with cross functional departments• Collaborate with region and share best practices• Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace• Ensure adherence to company standards and operating procedures
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management• Experience managing a team of sales and/or merchandising employees• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds• 10-20% travel required
