Mep Project Manager

Position Overview: The MEP Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and control of our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The MEP Project Manager will provide leadership and direction in the successful design and execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the team to ensure that all MEP projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Manage the budget and resources of the project to ensure that they are within the project's cost constraints. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Monitor progress of the project, identify potential issues and develop solutions. Provide guidance and leadership to the project teams to ensure successful completion of projects. Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of MEP project management experience. Proven track record of successful management of MEP projects. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with project management software. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
