A full-build General Contractor with a MEP devision is looking for a MEP Project Manager with a background in Mechanical or Electrical projects. Functions:
Coordinate and review activities on scope of work
Communicate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors on projects
Review and approve all subcontractor contract and payments
Qualifications:
5 proven years with hard bid and/or design build
Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor or a MEP Specialty Contractor
Demonstrated experience on ground-up and build-out projects
Extensive people skills
