Responsibilities
• Estimate project costs for multifamily, schools, universities, libraries, or assisted living projects• Perform math calculations and analyze construction documents• Use estimating software and systems for takeoffs and planning• Handle confidential information and situations with discretion• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Requirements
• 2+ years of direct project estimating experience in multifamily or similar construction projects• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Mathematics or related field• Progressive years of experience in FP/P/M/E estimating or the construction industry• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook• Thorough knowledge in analyzing construction documents and specifications• Knowledgeable in estimating software, preferably Sage Estimating Software• Strong attention to detail and organization• Diplomatic with the ability to handle confidential information/situations• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Must be fully vaccinated
