Mep Coordinator - Bim

Position Overview: The MEP Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, managing, and implementing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities in all phases of the project, from design to closeout.
Key Responsibilities: Design or review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and coordinate related services. Develop and maintain BIM360 models. Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and adherence to design criteria. Monitor and enforce quality control standards. Facilitate construction change order management. Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure efficient and safe MEP systems. Create 3D models and collaborate on design reviews. Resolve any conflicts between design, engineering, and construction. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. At least 5+ years of MEP construction management experience. Proficiency in all phases of project development, from design to closeout. Experience with BIM360, Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
