We are searching for a Therapist to work in our Jail Transition Program (JTP). The JTP provides aftercare planning and services for individuals after they are released from jail to help increase their chances of successful, independent living.

Compensation: $26.99 - $41.70 per hour / $56,000 - $86,000 annually (depending on experience)
Additional compensation available for Spanish speakers, after testing proficiency. Associate licensure base wage range: $26.99 - $27.93 per hour / $56,000 - $58,094 annually Full licensure base wage range: $32.92 - $41.70 per hour / $68,000 - $86,000 annually Our Benefits Package Includes: Utah Retirement Systems (Pension & 401K options)

Schedule: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Essential Functions: (Performs all or some of the following)
Provides direct and indirect clinical services
Develops and supervises client treatment program
Performs individual, Family Therapy and group outpatient psychotherapy for a variety of mental health disorders
Provides training and consultation services to individuals, groups, families, and organizations
Attends and participates in family-team meetings
Assists in the development of permanency plans for client and family
Performs intake assessments
Develops support groups for assigned areas of specialization
Performs various administrative functions related to client and program records
Performs general case monitoring and management
Maintains awareness of patient behaviors and reaction to medications
Coordinates with supervisors regarding issues and problems

Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
For Underfill: Associate Licensed Therapist recognition in the state of Utah as one of the following: Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check.
