Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Participate in supervision and case consultations to uphold professional standards.
Qualifications:
Fully licensed therapist in Utah (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC).
Additional licensure in other states preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in therapeutic techniques and interventions.
Ability to assess client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and empathetic towards individuals facing mental health challenges.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation.
