What will I be doing? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team and work directly with at-risk teenagers facing severe emotional problems. As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing emotional support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions to help these young individuals navigate their difficulties and work towards a more positive and stable future.
You will be working on: Individual Counseling Group Therapy Assessment and Treatment Planning Crisis Intervention Collaboration Progress Monitoring Family Involvement Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field State licensure preferred Experience working with at-risk youth, preferably in a therapeutic or counseling capacity Strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by at-risk teenagers with severe emotional problems Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations Health Connect America and its companies are a multi-state, community mental health, behavioral health, family preservation, and therapeutic foster care services provider(s).
