Position: Skilled Nursing Memory Care Coordinator

Position Highlights: Supervises and evaluates work performance of nursing staff. Works closely with Marketing Coordinator and Social Services staff to review and assess potential move-ins Monitors care provided to be sure policies and procedures are followed. Carries out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies. Completes admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed. Monitor nursing documentation for accuracy and completeness. Ensure daily assignments are being followed. Respond to all family and resident concerns. Participates in the Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance program. Completes payroll review in an accurate and timely manner Available "on-call" to ensure staffing coverage. Participates in leadership and department head meetings Why NHC?
