What You'll DO:
* YOU will change lives
* You will provide exceptional customer service to all our members and guests and get them excited about reaching their fitness goals
* You will utilize your sales skills to sell memberships and hit monthly goals
* You will create an energetic and friendly environment for all members
* You will share your knowledge and passion for fitness by educating new members on our membership types, features and amenities
* You will deliver on the extraordinary Edge member experience, hellos and goodbyes are a must
* You will create excitement and interest for our clubs with prospects over the phone and in person
What You Will NEED:
* Energy & Enthusiasm
* A Passion for Fitness
* Ability to work with a sense of urgency
* Ability to work flexible hours, as necessary during closeouts or end of month
* A "roll up the sleeves" mentality
* Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals
