Requirements Key Responsibilities: All team members will provide sales & service assistance to prospective and existing GOLFTEC members across all platforms: phone, chat, email, SMS and ticketing systems. Share your love for golf with our passionate member base. Provide world-class customer experience for all inquiries. Manage GOLFTEC Center leads from a multitude of entry points while improving conversion. Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers. Follows up on all prospective client's concerns and all quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and needs/expectations are being met. Work with GOLFTEC coaches to create solutions for their students and provide quotes back to the coaches. Logging member correspondence information into the company's system to keep a record of actions. Maintaining composure and a positive attitude to all internal and external customers. Gather data to identify and evaluate common call drivers, and partner with various departments to improve them for the future. Create and maintain knowledge-based articles used for ongoing sales, service and support. Think future and provide the member with the necessary resources to show them where they can have their questions answered or needs resolved online, apps or with other self-service options. Onboard and train future Member Sales Representatives Weekend hours necessary Qualifications: Passionate about golf and selling experiences to prospective customers. Extensive experience providing world-class customer sales, service, and support. Knowledge of and experience in CRM systems Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers.
