Responsibilities
• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service• Answer phones and assist callers with questions• Check members in, sign up new members, communicate updates to members• Respond to member questions and concerns• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases• Keep front desk area and lobby clean and orderly• Clean and maintain exercise equipment, tanning beds, restrooms• Mop up spills, remove trash, clean windows and mirrors• Meet qualifications and requirements• Maintain physical ability to perform CPR
Requirements
• Submit to a 7-year criminal background check• Exceptional customer service skills• Prior Customer Service experience preferred• Must be 18 years of age or older• High School diploma/GED equivalent required• Upbeat, positive, and professional attitude• Punctuality and reliability are a must• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification• Physical ability to perform various tasks• Ability to see and hear within normal range
