Responsibilities
• Adhere to FHCU Service Standards• Perform all Branch MSR duties with minimal supervision• Resolve member issues or complaints• Coach and train new team members• Contribute to branch sales goals• Promote credit union's member service delivery methodology• Perform branch opening and closing responsibilities• Make recommendations for improving branch service• Assist in the daily functions of operation• Represent credit union at Select Employer Group signups• Direct workflow in the absence of branch management• Participate in self-development education programs• Perform other duties or special projects as required
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred)• Minimum of two (2) years as an MSR II or similar role• Prior sales experience• Experience coaching and training others preferred• Thorough knowledge of credit union services, policies, and procedures• Solid knowledge of banking regulations• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook• Highly proficient with credit union software programs• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent customer service skills• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise judgement• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of sales techniques• Ability to coach and train others• Availability to travel to branches and off-site company events
