Member Service Representative I Location Fredericksburg, VA : Member Service Representative - Fredericksburg, King George, and Alexandria, Virginia InFirst Federal Credit Union (InFirst) has provided financial services to members for more than 88 years and is named one of the best credit unions to work for. InFirst is seeking a Member Service Representative for our 3 local branches. The right candidate will work at our Fredericksburg location (Saturday hours are required).
Responsibilities include:
Assists members and potential members with their financial needs in person and over the telephone. Process account transactions, resolves problems, and provides assistance regarding products and services. Performs a broad range of branch and teller activities in person, over the telephone, by mail, email, fax, and on-line services. If you have excellent interpersonal skills and previous teller, member service, and/or call center experience, we want you to join our team. The right candidate must have the ability to provide an excellent member experience, resolve problems, and work well under pressure. Hours include daytime, evenings, and weekends.
*Education and Skills Experience*A high school education or GED is required. A minimum of six months to two years' experience in member service, lending, collections, or related experience. Candidates must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services. Also, candidates must have the ability to be successful in a fast-paced work environment.
