?? Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool ?? Salary: $62,400 per year - $115,440 per year. ?? Join Our Team: We are seeking dedicated RNs for our float pool, providing care across a variety of units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care, and Critical Care. Role and Responsibilities: ?? Shifts Available: Full-time Nights, 7p to 7a, with rotating weekends. ?? Support multiple units, with the opportunity to move to Progressive and Critical Care after nine months. ?? Utilize the nursing process to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family. ?? Implement medically prescribed interventions. Qualifications: ?? Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; enrollment in BSN or advanced degree program required within 6 months if not already obtained. ?? Current RN licensure by North Carolina Board of Nursing or by a Compact State. ??? BLS Healthcare Provider required. ?? Two years of experience in an Acute Care environment preferred; candidates with one year of solid experience will also be considered. Benefits: ??
