Treat all work related injuries including first aid and OSHA recordable and case management of all on-going injuries Maintain training records and medical files for employees. Administer the Company's drug and alcohol testing procedures. Conduct monthly/annual training for all employees. It is important that you provide professional, cordial and informative assistance to employees. Demonstrate a positive and outgoing attitude. Maintain daily inspections of powered industrial trucks Complete all drug testing for new hires and current employees Maintain personal medical files, and calendars for medical tracking Maintain all worker's compensation information for claims, schedule doctor visits, and transportation of injuries Maintain weekly log of all incidents Monthly fire extinguisher, eyewash, emergency light, and hoist checks Maintain HAZMAT team records Schedule hearing testing Document daily inspections of facilit y Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures Maintain the EHS Program once it has been implemented Cover other locations as necessary or assigned by Complex Safety Manager What you'll bring to the team... You must have administrative support experience, ideally in Medical or Safety. Must be CPR and Basic First Aid Certified Prefer EMT, OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications. You must have a clean driving record and driver's license. You must be proficient with technology, computers and Microsoft programs. Alchemy experience is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail. Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus) The environment to expect... You will primarily be working in a cold storage Distribution Center facility. You'll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights. All the rest...
