We have 3 locations between Oregon and Washington with this position located at our clinic in Tualatin, Oregon.
THE POSITION Modern Nose Clinic is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Answer incoming phone calls and triage with a courteous and professional disposition Schedule procedures and appointments accurately, quickly, and professionally based on physician availability, patient needs, and facility resources Admission process; review medical eligibility and benefits Make outgoing phone calls to patients Respond to medical records requests in a timely fashion Use online payment software to process credit card payments Other administrative tasks as necessary WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Be a contributor to our culture of excellence . QUALIFICATIONS Medical Receptionist and/or customer service experience: 1 year (Required) Knowledge of HIPPA compliance Knowledge of health insurance/insurance 1500 claims and billing a plus Medical billing terminology: 1 year (Preferred) EMA experience (Preferred) WHAT WE OFFER In addition to a great work/life balance and culture , we offer the following benefits:
