A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDICAL MANAGER
Coordinates schedule of all Nursing staff including APN's, RN's, and LPN's as well as Medical Assistants Assists in the development and implementation of medical polices and procedures Recruits, trains, and supervises staff, as well as ensuring that performance evaluations, payroll, employee changes and other personnel transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Ensures medical workflow meets federal and state regulatory standards, the Joint Commission standards, as well as company policies and procedures. Ensures that Nursing staff are documenting and providing appropriate follow-up orders, telephone calls, medical results and medication refills. Conducts audits and completes charting, evaluations, medical forms and other administrative task. Participates in staff development program according to agency policies and procedures. Attends all scheduled staff meetings, supervision meetings and committee meetings as designated. Other duties as designated by the Executive Director, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and/or Chief Executive Officer. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MEDICAL MANAGER
RN with minimum 5 years' experience as a Medical/Nurse Manager Experience in withdrawal management setting preferred but not required ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
