We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk to become a part of our team! You must have medical office experience and be detailed oriented.
Responsibilities:
Check-out patients
Send laboratory requisitions & medications electronically
Put patients in the room and take their vital signs
Send medical records via fax/mail
Answer phone calls
Communicate pertinent patient information to doctors
Schedule & reschedule appointments
Qualifications:
Previous medical office experience preferred
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bi-lingual (a plus)
