Unfortunately, this office has undergone some challenges, but it's ready for a new Medical Director to come in and work their magic! It's a gorgeous and huge facility - 20,000sqft! Responsibilities:
-Provide best-in-class medical care to our furry animal patients, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions and diseases with compassion and expertise.
-Perform a wide range of surgeries, including spays and neuters, skin tag removal, and orthopedic surgeries.
-Lead and oversee our remarkable medical team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding veterinary care that goes above and beyond expectations.
-Collaborate closely with our administrative team to establish and maintain efficient clinic operations.
-Keep meticulous records and documentation to ensure accurate and thorough medical histories for our patients.
-Share your knowledge and expertise with the team, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
-Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, growth, and professional development among all staff members.
Requirements:
-Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited veterinary school.
-Be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Colorado.
-Possess proven experience as a veterinarian.
-Showcase strong surgical skills and a wealth of experience in various procedures.
-Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effortlessly educate, mentor and engage both clients and staff.
-Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
-Embody a genuine commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to animals.
-Have a healthy history of collaborative teamwork and time management skills.
