Join our Mission-Driven Team
We're looking for a talented Therapy Consultant to join our team and help expand access to a revolutionary treatment for chronic gastroparesis. You'll play a key role in raising awareness among healthcare providers and ensuring patients have the information they need to make informed decisions about their care.
What You'll Do:
Become an Expert: Gain a deep understanding of our implantable gastric electrical stimulation (GES) system and its benefits for patients with chronic nausea and vomiting.
Build Relationships: Collaborate with surgeons, gastroenterologists, and other healthcare professionals to establish new treatment programs in your territory (Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus).
Educate and Empower: Deliver educational workshops and training sessions for healthcare providers, equipping them to effectively evaluate, implant, and manage this innovative therapy.
Be a Patient Advocate: Respond to inquiries from patients and their families, addressing their concerns and providing them with the resources they need.
Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase awareness and utilization of our therapy, expanding patient access and exceeding sales goals.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
Proven Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of success in medical sales, preferably with experience in implanted devices or gastroenterology.
Clinical Knowledge: A strong understanding of gastroparesis and related conditions is a plus.
Teaching Expertise: The ability to effectively educate and train healthcare professionals on complex medical topics.
Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with physicians and other stakeholders.
Results-Oriented: A track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving objectives.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a desire to work effectively with a passionate team.
