Recruiters must have video or face-to-face interview to verify personal appearance of candidate. 80% personality/culture hire. Critical they're aligned with Prov mission. Overall Client Pitch: Centralized Staffing staffs MAs and PSRs across the PMG SW organization from Olympia to Lacey This is a group of Primary Care and Specialty outpatient clinics. The MAs in centralized staffing will get their staffing assignment each morning by 7:30am via text on where to report to so they must be flexible to go to a variety of clinics. Long term they will find their FTE home with a specific clinic. What does the average day look like for this person? Floating to a variety of clinics - primary care and specialty (They get a text the morning with the clinic they are assigned to for the day- first week they train with Centralized Staffing) Great way to find out which clinics are a good match long term! Rooming, histories, vitals EPIC charting Injections(depending on the clinic) Assisting with minor procedures In-basket and mychart messaging What does the clinic/team look like (how many employees, volume, job roles, etc.)? Each clinic varies Primary Care Peds OB/GYN/Women's Health Cardiology Neurology Dermatology etc. What are the selling points for this position? great way to get to know the organization and try out a variety of clinics before deciding the best fit! Must Haves MA-C is a must have Must be flexible to go to a variety of clinics Must have cell phone that accepts texts for daily assignment and reliable transportation What are the technical skills this person has to have? EPIC preferred but not required What are the soft skills this person has to have? Compassionate, believes in the Providence Mission, excellent customer service and flexible! Personality/soft skills match are #1! Required Years of Experience?? ProvSW is not willing to bring on any additional new MAs right now. They just brought on several new MAs plus a batch of externs so they're only considering MAs with at least 1-2 years of experience. Ideally more! Hours/Week: 40 Shift: M-F 8 -5 (hours depend upon the clinic) If candidate has restrictions put in the submission Duration: Contract to hire, 480 hours
