Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims with precision and efficiency.
Patient Care: Provide compassionate assistance to healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures. Administer medications and basic life support measures in emergency situations.
Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital sign monitoring and assisting with diagnostic procedures.
Coding and Documentation: Ensure accurate coding of medical procedures and services for billing purposes, maintaining meticulous records.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment to uphold a safe and welcoming environment for patients.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
Certification as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
Proficiency in basic life support techniques.
Experience with electronic health record systems is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
