?? RN Med-Surg Position - Sanford, FL ?? Salary Range: $29.00/hr (2 yrs) to $42.13/hr (17+ yrs)?? Shift differentials: $4.50 for nights and $1.50 for weekends. ?? Nights ONLY (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) with rotating weekends. ?? Join Our Team: Seeking dedicated Med-Surg RNs to join our night shift team in a 230-bed acute care hospital serving Seminole and West Volusia Counties.
Role and Responsibilities: ??? Provide comprehensive nursing care in our 50-bed Med/Surg unit which includes Oncology, Ortho, Trauma, and Psychiatric patients. ?? Night Shifts Only (Rotating Weekends) - Ensuring high-quality care during critical hours. ?? Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and document all patient interactions. ?? Work collaboratively with healthcare team to ensure optimum patient outcomes. ?? Handle direct admissions from ER, manage post-surgical patients, and assist in complex trauma cases. Qualifications: ?? Nursing Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred. ?? Current Florida State Registered Nurse license required. ?? Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications. ?? Recent acute care Med-Surg experience mandatory. ?? Experience with oncology patients a plus (chemo certification provided if needed). Benefits: ??
