What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for managing and overseeing mechanical-related construction projects
- In charge of budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring the projects are completed on time and within budget
- Responsible for working with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of project delivery
What You Need for this Position
This position requires more than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical contracting:
- Experience with P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint
- An understanding of the building codes and regulations is also required
- The successful applicant must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills
