Mechanical / Plumbing Superintendent

Job Title: Plumbing Superintendent Position Location: The Caribbean/US Virgin/Cayman Islands Job Category: Commercial Construction Position Type: Full-Time Level: Supervision Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + Benefits This is a full-time position that requires employees to live and work in the Caribbean. Advanced plumbing knowledge in commercial plumbing is required, experience with commercial heating/air conditioning and or fire suppression will be a huge plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the quality installation Responsible for project administration Ensure their Project Manager is accurately and fully informed. Accurately managing assigned manpower Stay within the project budget. Ensure all materials are on site prior to starting tasks. Attending all job site meetings. Daily quality control. Make sure all subs follow company regulations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to live and work in the Caribbean. Must have at least 5 years of recent verifiable experience. Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodel. Must be a team player and take pride in all work. Must have a valid driver's license (Issuing State Does Not Matter) Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to work overtime.
