Description Summary : The role will assist with conveyor and storage system concepts and detail engineering, project management of building start up and building resets. Work with PT Industrial engineers to modify existing equipment to increase productivity and safety. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for designing facility layouts, control RFP process for all conveyor equipment, installation, wiring and controls. Work with warehousing and transportation teams trouble shooting existing systems. Develops strategic warehousing and logistics plans, including forecasting growth and operating needs, defining strategies to meet those needs and recommending solutions to improve process efficiency. Knowledge of Distribution Center processing, planning, scheduling, quality control techniques and managerial accounting. Design and procurement of automated material handling systems. Position is full-time and on-site. Qualifications Working experience in the engineering, design and integration of conveyor/sortation systems. Experience in AutoCAD, projects budgeting and engineering calculations. Must have in-depth knowledge of warehousing/distribution systems and automation with a thorough understanding of conveyors, controls, and material handling equipment. Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. Education And/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus in Mechanical discipline. Continuous improvement is a plus (e.g. Lean Principles, Kaizen Events, Six Sigma, etc.) Company Benefits Medical

And more! Pay Range $80,000-$90,000 The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws. You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
