Mechanical Drafter

Actalent Engineering is Hiring!!! Description: Consolidating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation and systems. Additionally, cross-checking produced parts against designed specifications. SolidWorks drawings for die components, manufactured equipment, etc. Utilization of 3D drawings for manufacturing floor reference. Check and document produced parts against intended design specifications. Assist in the generation of new part creation and documentation. Translation of technical information amongst various software packages. Process documentation and maintenance. Other duties as directed by the Manufacturing VP Skills: Solidworks, Drafting, Mechanical, 3d modeling, blueprint reading Top Skills Details: Solidworks,Drafting,Mechanical Additional Skills & Qualifications: Proficient with drafting software (SolidWorks preferred).
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Fluent in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Thorough knowledge of various measurement tools, testing devices, and gauges.
