You will have a direct impact on powering the world.Job DescriptionWhat you'll doAs a mechanical assembler you will engage in drilling, building according to stick prints, tube-bending, wiring, using torque wrenches & pressure gauges, and performing some mechanical tests.Examples of products you would work on include Trip Manifold Assemblies (TMAs), Hydraulic Power units (HPUs), Pressure Panels, Linear Variable Differential Transformers (LVDTs), and Valve Actuators.Eligibility Requirements/Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED).Familiarity with basic hand tools such as torque wrench and hand drills.Basic computer skills, keyboarding/data entry knowledge (label making).Ability to work overtime as needed to meet customer schedules.All work needs to be doneon-siteat our Longmont location.Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.Ability and willingness to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.Ability and willingness to obey all safety rules including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed shoes and safety glasses in designated areas.What will make you stand outBasic mechanical assembly experience.Drawing/stick print/blueprint reading experience.Hand & power tool experience.Ability to focus on multiple projects and priorities at one time, manage time effectively, and allocate resources efficiently.Teamwork & collaboration skills.Quick learner, with an ability and interest in learning new skills.Attentiveness to Details - Ensures accuracy of tasks and processes to maintain consistent quality of outputs.Flexibility - Effective under changing conditions when asked to do different tasks & responsibilities.Dependability - Sets high goals for attendance and on-time performance for self and team members.Strong work ethic by delivering quality on time work.Organization skills and self-motivation.
