8 hour shift, Mon.- Fri. Your primary role as MDS Coordinator is to assess resident care needs, direct and supervise staff to meet the resident's needs, coordinate with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) develop and implement a plan of care that meets the individual needs of each resident. More about us:
