Responsibilities
• Assist communities when a position becomes vacant• Coordinate all clinical payment programming including quality reporting• Create care plan implementation• Audit through the Triple Check process• Maintain communication between internal and external partners• Analyze services and interventions with the team• Communicate with responsible payers to ensure appropriate coverage• Review cases and determine reimbursement care mix levels• Assist clinical and therapeutic departments with the MDS process
Requirements
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing• Knowledge of current state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities• Knowledge of RAI/MDS/Care Planning, Medicare, Private Insurers, and Medicaid processes
