Materials Handler

TheMaterials Handleris responsible to execute product and material handling and movement within the facility in compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.Roles and Responsibilities:Issue and transfer parts for production.Assist Production Planner and assembly stores whenever required.Ensure good housekeeping within own work area.Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments.Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications and Experience:High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience.Excellent problem-solving, verbal/written communication and organizational skills.Experience warehousing activities or materials in Supply Chain Management or equivalent preferred.
