Materials Coordinator, Shipping & Warehousing Kohler Energy Work Mode: Onsite Location: Onsite at Kohler, WI
Opportunity Responsible for all Receiving functions at the Mosel, WI facility working with the Purchasing and the Receiving team. Prepare and issue vendor managed product, expedite special material and material shortages as required for assembly lines and component areas, and schedule incoming carriers. The Materials Coordinator will also play a big part in driving alignment and improvements with material movements between Kohler facilities.
Specific Responsibilities Using SAP, receive and issue daily incoming material, verify accuracy of source documents. Process and prepare appropriate receiving paperwork. Expedite and track hot parts required for assembly lines and component areas. Process Sales returns/document warranty claims. Coordinate receiving schedule working with purchasing and incoming carriers. Trace and expedite delivery of freight shipments when needed. Quality control of all incoming product, record & document damaged freight, verify accurate quantities Transfer of interplant shipment paperwork with daily reports Assist in backup coverage as needed for service and other Materials related roles Skills/Requirements 3-5 years of Materials, Supply Chain, or Operations experience preferred Associates degree preferred SAP or similar computer software experience preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills required The
hourly range for this position is $23.20 - $29.00. The specific hourly rate
offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including
the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available
