Title: Global Raw Materials Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Global Raw Materials Coordinator helps coordinate and maintain the necessary research, communication, and processes that are needed to assure the integrity of fabric and trim execution and delivery. This support role not only supports the creation of a quality product, but also the streamlining of processes for the fabric and trim department.

Collaboratively works within fabric + trim team and across all internal and external partners. Responsible for building and maintaining an organized materials library. Assist all brand partners with access to the library as needed. Responsible for all materials data entry (including colors and prints) and maintaining data integrity in PLM; adhering to set conventions and standards for data entry. Support with seasonal materials meetings and presentations to Design; organizing and setting up collections received from mills/suppliers, Create materials presentation boards and reference tools. Responsible for incoming and outgoing packages; track incoming submits and distribute to developers; ship reference samples to suppliers for development. Assist M&D with mass updating BOMs as needed. Run PLM reports to scrub materials and BOM entries for errors; make corrections in PLM as necessary. Assist with other various projects in the fabric and trim department.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: College degree in Fashion or related field. 1-2 years relevant work experience. Competent in MS Office applications. Competent in PLM systems. Understanding of all fabric and trim types with the ability to learn their development and production processes. Understanding of the product creation process and calendar. Aspiration to grow and learn in raw materials profession. Positive and highly motivated team player; able to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively and efficiently. Rigorous attention to detail; ability to ensure accuracy of all information. Operate with a sense of urgency with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Self-sufficient; able to operate effectively without close supervision to drive solutions and meet deadlines. This position requires some on-site hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $50,000 - $65,000. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
