SRG Global is looking for a Material Planning Supervisor to join our team!
This role can be based out of any SRG Global facility in the US.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading others to improve practices and standards which $40M of inventory is maintained from our suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, self motivation and problem solving skills, Supply chain and/or Material Planning experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position will lead and develop a team of Material Planners to achieve superior results for our customers. The position is a regional role, working through our North America Plants in the Mid-Western United States and Mexico. This will include some travel to gather feedback from our customers in operations and develop relationships with direct reports and other stakeholders. What You Will Do Facilitate ongoing transformation and competitiveness of Material Planning processes through change leadership approach. Partner with operations to improve delivery KPIs from suppliers to our manufacturing sites. Leverage information through our supply chain and supply base to keep our team informed of risks and opportunities. Create strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners to facilitate issue resolution and collaboration. Lead and develop the team to achieve superior results for our customers. Engage, challenge and seek to understand processes both internally and externally across multiple teams and departments to ensure efficiency/effectiveness. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Material Planning, Supply Chain or Strategic Planning experience Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel (spreadsheets, pivot tables, V-look up, etc.) Experience with ERP system, MRP ordering Demonstrated success partnering with internal and external customers, at all levels of the organization What Will Put You Ahead Supervisory experience Bachelor's degree
