Job summary
Under general supervision, moves and loads raw materials, finished goods, and componentsVisually inspects parts and notifies Supervisor/Process Tech of quality or machine problemsMaintains cleanliness of the department

Responsibilities
• Operates fork-lift truck to handle material• Schedules time to ensure proper materials at assigned machines• Handles and distinguishes between different materials, part numbers, and component part numbers• Follows written and verbal instructions• Sweeps and mops floors, empties scrap and catch pans, and cleans machines and support equipment• Changes materials and performs blowouts following any mold changes• Visually inspects parts prior to dumping catch pans and bins• Provides building janitorial support activities• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience• Ability to read and write to complete material requisitions and load traceability and other job data• Understand and follow written and verbal instructions when receiving assignments
