Material Coordinator I (Onsite: Houma, La)

The Material Coordinator under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.Pay Rate:$20.00 - $23.00/hourContract Length: 6 months contract with the high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.Responsibilities:Also responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities.Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.Qualifications:Two year degree and 1 years work experience preferred.Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification.Entry level position.No previous experience required.Halliburton is an innovative leader in the oilfield services industry, providing products and services for the ever-evolving needs of the energy sector.Since starting out over a hundred years ago, Halliburton's path to success has been built on growth.
