Master Technician (Operation & Maintenance)

The Master Technician is responsible for providing technical expertise in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of systems. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. 
Key Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting for electrical systems  Diagnosing, identifying, and resolving mechanical and power systems problems  In-depth knowledge and mechanical experience in gas engines, engine rebuilds for high/medium speed engines, power pack replacement, coupling replacements, pump exchanges Documenting repairs and maintenance activities Execute inspections and refabrication of parts Providing customer service and responding to inquiries Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Ordering parts and supplies as needed Qualifications: Certified Master technician with 5+ years of experience Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of automotive systems and components Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment Ability to travel up to 75% of time to visit new company sites  Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
