We are The Petaluma Wellness Arts Center – a spa and wellness sanctuary providing therapeutic services, wellness education, and community events. We are currently home to knowledgeable and nurturing practitioners in Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Holistic Skin Care, Facial Acupuncture, Hypnotherapy, Therapeutic Massage and Mayan Abdominal Therapy.

Requirements: CAMTC certification required Possession of liability insurance with additional insured Must be willing to work some evenings and/or weekends References required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of massage experience Proficient in various massage techniques, including swedish and deep tissue Additional training in any of the following is a plus (but not required): pre/post natal and pregnancy massage, hot stone, abdominal massage, cranial sacral, spa treatments, lymphatic and myofascial release, dual licensing (esthetics, ayurvedic in addition to massage) Exceptional intuitive, professional, and caring nature with a commitment to providing excellent client care Dependable, communicative, loyal, and skilled in delivering therapeutic massages Responsibilities: Maintain professional demeanor, dress professionally, and use appropriate draping during sessions Adhere to appointment schedules, arriving punctually and ending appointments on time Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, health safety protocols, and opening/closing procedures Undertake light cleaning and basic administrative tasks Demonstrate a self-led approach to problem-solving while remaining receptive to guidance and learning Become proficient using software for booking appointments and processing payments Be open to train in new treatments as well as signature aspects of our practice Benefits: Competitive compensation At will part time employment status Hourly plus commission and tips A supportive work environment that values your well-being and professional growth Flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and at least one weekend day Training and educational opportunities Trade opportunities Complimentary use of our infrared sauna 25% off retail products Join our team and become a valued member of a wellness center that prioritizes the well-being of its clients and practitioners.
