Marriage and Family Therapist Are you passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate through their challenges and build healthier relationships? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist to join our mental health care team. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to individuals and families seeking therapy services. If you have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics, and a commitment to improving the well-being of others, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health and relationship issues Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and needs Help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills Facilitate group therapy sessions to enhance clients' support systems Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather relevant information and establish a strong therapeutic relationship with clients Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy Requirements Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. LMFT, LCHMC, LCSW, preferred. LCAS is a plus. Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
