Position Summary Ensures receipt of partner store funds and ensures accurate levels of cashback and business volumes. Good excel skills, and strong customer/issues follow up needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Retrieves the weekly and monthly order lists to identify distributor orders and respective partner stores. Exports the order information into system to accurately credit distributor cashback report and Incentive Business volume.Verifies receipt of partner store funds and releases orders accordingly.Determines adjustment of refunds to ensure the correct business volume and cashback is listed.Researches distributors' inquiries to determine reason for discrepancies.Completes JIRA Tasks related to partner stores.Contact Partner Stores regarding missing order requests, adjustments and payments.Research missing Market America/Shop.com payment and contact Partner Store regarding payment status. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GEDTwo years of experience in Microsoft ExcelOr combination of education, skill, and experience. Skills Strong Excel Skills and Proficient use of and MS Office and computer software programs.Strong attention to detail, moderate levels of English reading comprehension, writing, speaking; active listening; and critical thinking. Above moderate levels of English speaking, reading, and writing; active listening; critical thinking; monitoring; negotiations, service orientation, problem solving; troubleshooting; attention to detail; and time management.Moderate use of mathematics, judgment, evaluations, and originality.
