Job Overview
As a Marketing Strategist/Account Executive, you'll serve as the primary point of contact and lead strategist for many of our larger and more complex clients. Your role is pivotal in providing high-quality strategic consulting services, fostering strong client partnerships, and leading internal teams to deliver exceptional marketing programs.
You'll oversee enterprise-level marketing retainers, branding projects, website projects, and campaign initiatives. Your focus will be on aligning with clients' broader business goals, tracking profitability, and making recommendations for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities & Duties
Cultivate and nurture healthy client relationships through continuous assessment and proactive development.
Build trust and confidence by fostering open communication, delivering compelling presentations, and providing strategic recommendations.
Provide valuable strategic consulting services by leveraging critical thinking and offering constant recommendations.
Lead client projects, setting strategic direction, making decisions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Drive creative strategy for branding and website projects, ensuring clients perceive the value of our services.
Lead specialty teams to develop business-minded, data-driven strategies aligned with client goals.
Resolve client and business issues promptly and effectively, from quality concerns to process improvements.
Ensure recommendations are data-driven by collaborating with the team to gather relevant research.
Support profitability goals by creating accurate project estimates, managing resources, and monitoring project budgets.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a strategic marketing position; agency experience preferred.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to craft marketing strategies independently.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to address new or complex client requests.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal team members.
Proactive approach to meeting project deadlines and budgets.
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to sell work and ideas confidently.
Resilient and positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
