The work you may do Manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively and independently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives. Oversee the implementation and execution of email/social media/online/direct mail campaigns from end-to-end, including strategy, testing plan, creative development, reviews, milestone tracking, execution, and performance analysis. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Review speaking engagement requirements and prepare abstracts and presentation collateral to promote MSA's thought leadership. Develop and maintain campaign-related marketing materials, including brochures, pamphlets, and other aides. Maintain marketing information systems, including DAM, ERP, and CRM. Support internal and external client event strategy, development, and coordination. Develop and manage campaigns that support MSA's business and strategic plans to generate new business for the firm. What you bring Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Three years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing and/or sales. Familiarity with ESP platforms, specifically Constant Contact or similar. Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, preferred. Previous experience in the A/E/C industry or similar strongly preferred.
