Marketing Sales Rep

Job summary
The marketing/sales rep is responsible for driving starts of care in assigned territory.They will create and grow relationships with new and current referring accounts.Pay includes a competitive base salary plus incentive plan based on experience.

Responsibilities
• Meeting and building relationships with referral sources• Obtaining referrals through assigned referral sources• Maintaining relationships with referral sources• Collaborating to ensure intake/clinical team has required referral information/orders• Assisting as needed to collect required provider signatures• Achieving and exceeding sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis• Submitting sales reports and plans to director on a quarterly basis
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED (minimum), Bachelor's (preferred)• 3 years working as a sales/marketing rep in healthcare• Knowledge of medical terminology• Experience working with EMR• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills• Background check and drug testing required
