Job Summary: The Marketing Project Lead will be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of all marketing projects, promotions and campaigns including delegating tasks to project team members, supervising progress, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Working closely with the Marketing Program Manager - Events & Project Management, the Marketing Project Lead will creatively and strategically oversee project processes in order to execute innovative, exciting, experience-driven deliverables that achieve the company's goals & objectives and improve profitability.
Daily you will support marketing brand standard execution, development of project initiatives, including project management and administrative work, as well as marketing communications. You will partner closely with the Marketing Team and other Corporate Functional Teams to ensure initiatives are implemented properly. The ability to communicate and work cross-functionally with a variety of teams, both internal and external, is paramount to the success of this role.
Responsibilities: Projects traffic coordinator for all marketing initiatives from conception to completion. Intakes marketing initiatives and creates campaign briefs that convey a clear picture of the work to be done, in partnership with the Marketing team.
Coordinates campaign brief kick-off calls with designers, copywriters, digital team members, product specialists and web team members to ensure alignment with the brief.
Sets goals and objectives and manages project budgets and timelines autonomously, employing effective delegation and resource management.
Manages marketing and sales content calendar across all programs, channels, and initiatives including print, digital, and social.
Works with Marketing Management to implement a strategic marketing plan and map out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.
Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing and evaluating content in support of internal and external projects.
Collaborates closely with creative, digital, product, and sales teams to develop marketing strategies and promotions that align with the company's overall business goals.
Serves as primary contact for project communications with stakeholders from corporate departments, the sales field, and our customers.
Evaluates project requests, collects all pertinent information, and delegates to Creative Team based on skill levels and strengths.
Sources and collaborates with external vendors for asset production and deployment.
Manages marketing asset portal and fulfillment systems and leverages usage data to propose new programs.
Oversees trade publications and print advertising.
Works independently with little supervision and drafts and presents monthly project status reports.
Requirements: A minimum of 2-4 years of marketing with project management experience and a proven record of success and effective performance.
A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or management is preferred.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
A creative and strategic thinker with great time management skills and self-discipline to ensure projects are initiated & completed timely.
Expert project management skills, with the ability to multi-task while still maintaining quality of work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with internal and external partners.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking, and interaction skills both written & verbal.
Must be able to efficiently use computer software including MS Office Suite and Monday.com.
Agency/account management experience, graphic design exposure, and high-level PPT creation a plus.
A positive, can-do attitude with a deep desire to constantly be looking to improve, better and grow the team.
