About the roleAre you passionate about improving processes and building technology systems that work together seamlessly? 
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you'll have a direct impact on the growth of our business by enabling operational rigor within the Marketing team. You'll do this by creating scalable processes to deliver an air-tight lead and account funnel; that our technology systems are set up according to best practices and are in alignment with Sales; and that every marketing touchpoint is attributable. You will work with our Analytics team to conduct data analyses and forecasts that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.  
This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ You willOwn our marketing technology stack and maintain and optimize existing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on both the demand gen and ABX funnelsOwn overall operational strategy for lead/account scoring, attribution, tracking, and reporting of marketing performanceEstablish and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in campaign and lead management for inbound and outbound marketingProactively own process improvement while driving change and efficiencies that scale across marketing programs, systems, technologies, and reportingCreate and maintain demand gen and ABX reports and dashboards for funnel performance and marketing-sourced opportunity and pipeline creation by segment, campaign, and channelSupport campaign operations execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management and routing, list creation, and segmentationManage the hygiene and quality of marketing dataAnalyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvementEvaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performanceWork with sales, finance, and business operations to ensure an accurate view of marketing performance and business contributionEstablish documentation, templates, and training to enable marketing team members to create basic campaigns, reports, and dashboardsYou areMinimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing (minimum 3 years in marketing ops), within the SaaS industry.Advanced proficiency with Marketo and Marketo Measure; Marketo Certification preferredAdvanced proficiency with SalesforceFamiliarity with the following tools: Marketo Measure, 6sense/Demandbase, LeanData, Chilipiper/meeting scheduling, Drift/Qualified, Looker, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, JiraDeep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and the ability to quickly evaluate and learn new technologiesData-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills and think in terms of LTV, ROI and impact on the bottom line of the business Experience with working with vendors and contractorsStrong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects You areSkilled in cross-functional collaboration, working with leaders to communicate strategies, drive action, gather insights, and gain alignment on business objectivesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independentlyComfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organizationEager to quickly learn and build expertise around our tech stack, go-to-market strategy, target accounts, personas, and buyer journeysEnthusiastic about efficiency, process, and dataPassionate about building and maintaining a highly efficient, scalable platform to power integrated marketing campaigns that drive business outcomesIntellectually curious and ambitiousYou'll getA high degree of trust in your ideas and execution.An opportunity to partner and collaborate with other talented people.An inclusive community where you feel welcomed and cared for as a personThe ability to make an immediate impact, helping customers create a great workplace experienceSupport for your personal and professional growthCompensation description Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash compensation for this role is $133,450- $152K (Annually). Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
