**Position**: Marketing Operations Manager
**Salary**: $108,700 to $141,350 per year

Reporting to the Director of B2B Marketing & Operations, the Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns, track campaign performance metrics, and optimize our marketing operations processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee end-to-end campaign production and execution, including audience segmentation, tracking, delivery, optimization, and stakeholder communication.
- Establish scalable processes for campaign setup, conversion, and database management.
- Manage marketing automation systems for email, landing pages, forms, etc.
- Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to enhance web performance and lead flow management.
- Conduct web and CRO/LPO testing to enhance customer acquisition and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation leads on pre and post-event operations.
- Ensure web UX aligns with brand standards and goals in collaboration with the brand and product teams.
- Manage the relationship with the web development agency.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Strong preference for experience in B2B company and go-to-market strategies.
- Leadership skills, collaborative project management abilities, and technical knowledge for day-to-day campaign operations.
- Proficiency in conversion rate optimization and A/B/multivariate testing.
- Familiarity with Google AdWords, Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Search Console, website optimization and personalization tools, Webflow, and SEO tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proactive approach to project management.
- Problem-solving skills and strong statistical and analytical abilities.
