We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for successfully planning and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, brand recognition, and sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CPG, B2B marketing, and channel partnership experience. They must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy for the company's products, services, and initiatives. The Manager will oversee the development and implementation of campaigns, coordinate with internal departments to ensure all marketing goals are met, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for the company's products and services
Analyze trends and customer needs to inform marketing strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with other departments and external vendors
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and analyze data for further marketing plans
Create and design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
Manage the budget for marketing initiatives and campaigns
Develop and maintain brand recognition and awareness
Manage and mentor a team of marketing staff
Coordinate with outside agencies to develop campaigns
Monitor competitors activities and success.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in CPG, B2B marketing, and channel partnership experience
Experience in medical device marketing a plus
Proven track record of successful campaigns and initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
Analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with marketing automation software a plus.
