Basic functions for this position include: · Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.
· Creating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, sales collateral, video, and website content.
· Conduct market surveys: collect data and prepare customer testimonials.
· Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content and advising on a competitive strategy.
· Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
· Collect metrics and analytic data to identify additional business opportunities.
· An understanding of AI trends and opportunities.
What we are looking for from you: · Current college junior or senior, or recent college graduate – pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
· Advanced knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms.
· Experience with Microsoft Office, WordPress, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro or similar applications.
· Detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and self-direct your work.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
This is a temporary part-time position comprised of 24 hours per week and is expected to last about 9-12 months.
We offer a flexible work schedule with a combination of remote and onsite at our downtown Louisville corporate office. The pay scale is $15-$18 per hour, based on candidate qualifications.
